What is your shipping policy?
Curious about shipping? We are happy to let you know that we offer same-day shipping for any orders placed before 2:00pm EST Monday through Friday! We do not ship out on weekends or national holidays, so if your order is placed after 2:00pm EST on a Friday or any day before a holiday your package will be sent out on the very next business day.
We ship all of our packages through UPS. Regular orders will be sent out via UPS Ground and Overnight orders will be sent out via UPS Next Day Air. We unfortunately cannot ship anything out via any other shipping services at this time (i.e. USPS or FedEx) which means we cannot currently ship to P.O. Boxes or anywhere that UPS does not operate.
We currently only ship to the continental USA with very few exceptions. Contact Us for more information if you live outside of this range.
We, by default, place logo stickers on the outside of our packages. If you live or work in an area with a high theft rate or would prefer to keep your purchase more discreet for any reason, please add a note with your order letting us know to keep the sticker off. This is far from an inconvenience, we just need to be let know in advance with every order placed.
We currently ship our orders out from Indiana, taking over the warehouse of a business that's address you might even recognize. We will be moving our warehouse to Colorado in the coming months. Plan your order timing accordingly, as UPS Ground orders take 1-5 UPS business days to arrive depending on your location.
What is your return policy?
We allow returns of any package up to 55lbs in weight. The package must be unopened to abide by food safety laws and regulations with very few exceptions. Upon our receipt of your return, we will be gladly refund you in full, give you equal store credit, or send you a replacement of equal value according to your personal preference. We do not refund shipping costs.
We cannot refund, apply store credit, or replace products for any returns we have not received. We are aware of potential scammers and we cannot risk it. That being said, you can expect your refund or replacement to be sent the very moment we receive your return.
Once you request a return, we will send a return label to the email provided when your order was placed. If the email provided when your order was placed is incorrect or invalid, you will not be able to receive a return label. We are sorry for the inconvenience. Your return label will have provided tracking, meaning you can watch and see when your return has arrived at our warehouse, giving you ease of mind.
What is your privacy policy?
The Bulkery will never share any of your personal information with anybody, including people contacting us from your very own personal email address, phone number, or account.
We take privacy very seriously, which is why we have a very secure site. The only information that we can access is your name, email address, phone number, and address - the information that you supply when placing an order.
